Pick a photo from your camera roll, write a personal message, and enter a mailing address or choose one from your contacts. Our printing partner Stannp then prints your postcard on quality card stock and dispatches it via USPS First Class Mail.
No. Any edits to the photo on the front of the postcard must be done to the photo in your camera roll before you select it in this app. The app will automatically center the photo you choose across the front of the postcard.
The message on the back of the card is written in Nacelle Regular, and the address is written in Arial.
There are many apps that send postcards from your phone. We want to be the quickest and easiest one. Definitely check out the other apps for more customization options!
Each postcard costs $1.99, which includes printing and postage. The app itself is free to download, and you’re only charged per postcard when you tap Send.

Sepolev Neon (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect: When you send a postcard, we collect the photo you select, the message you write, and the recipient’s mailing address. We also collect standard usage data (device type, app version, crash logs) for analytics. Payment is processed entirely through Apple’s in-app purchase system; we do not receive or store your credit card number.
How we use your information: Photos, messages, and addresses are used solely to print and mail your postcard. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your photos or messages for advertising.
Contact access: If you choose a recipient from your contacts, we read only the name and mailing address of the contact you select. We do not access or store your entire address book.
Data retention: We may retain order records (not postcard content) for up to 12 months for customer support purposes. A history of your sent postcards is stored on your phone. If you delete the app from your phone, this history is deleted too.
Your rights: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@sepolev.com.
Changes to this policy: We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sepolev Neon. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use: You agree not to use Sepolev Neon to send content that is illegal, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms.
Orders and payment: All purchases are final. Because postcards are printed-to-order physical items, we are generally unable to offer refunds once an order has entered the print queue.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Sepolev Neon is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by users.
Intellectual property: You retain ownership of photos and messages you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of printing and mailing your postcard.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sepolev Neon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
